Frank was very punctual when I called him to give me a price on leaf cleanup. He and his worker were kind, gracious and respectful. They did an outstanding job and are reasonably priced. I would definitely use their service again. Joanie Conroy
Very professional! Frank(owner) has been working at my house for many years.
I would not recommend Alvarado Landscaping. We hired them for lawn grading, fill, and topsoil installation along with hydroseeding. Frank (owner) first wanted cash money (bad sign) which we paid $4,000 up front. He showed up late morning two days later and installed some fill and topsoil, and then refused to complete some of the work we had discussed, saying we were "adding work." He refused to install topsoil on one section of the yard because there were "sticks", and wanted another $2,000 to move them. I had to hire a sepa... read more
Frank was honest, reliable, on-time and solved our problems with our lawn. He was professional and even creative with our landscape installation. We will keep him for many years ahead. We can't thank him enough!
They landscape front and back of my property, sod, trees, plantings and lighting. Excellent, Luis was extremely professional and his design ideas were outstanding!
