Just found this gem! They have a lot of staff so always get in fast. I mostly come for pedicures and today I got one and they did an excellent job but I quickly went home and cracked a toenail really bad on something. came back and they fixed it like a pro put gel on it and doesn’t look jagged or anything very impressed!! Thanks James for pedicure and Alex for fixing it when damaged it!
My sister made an appointment for her and I to get pedicures done. She asked if we could sit together, they said yes on the phone. Later when we came in, they made us sit apart from each other. We said we talked with someone about this but seemed like nobody was bothered taking the responsibility. So we walked out. Not recommend!
I call many days before to make sure me and a friend i haven’t seen in forever can sit next to eachother. I ask them on the phone what time they can do it. I agreed to going hours later then i wanted to so we can sit together. Then sit us far away and we tell them we can wait but they refuse. Very disappointed.
