My sister made an appointment for her and I to get pedicures done. She asked if we could sit together, they said yes on the phone. Later when we came in, they made us sit apart from each other. We said we talked with someone about this but seemed like nobody was bothered taking the responsibility. So we walked out. Not recommend!

I call many days before to make sure me and a friend i haven’t seen in forever can sit next to eachother. I ask them on the phone what time they can do it. I agreed to going hours later then i wanted to so we can sit together. Then sit us far away and we tell them we can wait but they refuse. Very disappointed.

We made a 4 person *appointment* here for my mom’s 60th birthday. We arrived 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes past our appointment time at which point they called 2 of us back for our service. They sat 2 of us in pedicure chairs with no water where we waited another 15 minutes until we finally just got up and left. Very disappointing as my mom only gets one 60th birthday. Would have loved this to go differently. Hopefully you guys can figure out your scheduling better as to not make people who have an appointment wait ... read more

I’ve come here several times for pedicures. The workers here are AMAZING and always very attentive. They obviously work long days, and from what I’ve seen, little to no break between clients. This is a pretty thankless job. I hope they know how much they are appreciated
