Very bad experience with this company. Would not recommend. Product arrived damaged, and then picked back up by the freight company. Alutech has held our money for 2 months while they say they are waiting for the outcome of the freight damage claim, but they have never offered to refund our money or assure us they will make it right. Reported to FBI for fraud.

I have corresponded with Iavor Dormichev, representative from Alutech, the manufacture of the shutters I purchased and installed less than 6 months months ago. I have a small problem with the shutters after the recent hurricane. This was clearly a manufacture defect, the screens ripped away from the reel. Iavor clearly does NOT care and is unwilling to even consider helping me. I am going to do everything I can think of to let future customers know that you do NOT stand by your product!
