I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this store. I purchased a gold ring less than three months ago, and the color is already fading turning into a rose gold color For the price I paid, I expected much better quality. I was told it was genuine and durable, but clearly that wasn’t the case. When I reached out, the customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. This is not how you treat customers who trusted your business. I won’t be shopping here again, and I don’t recommend anyone else does either.
