The PA’s are great but good luck getting an appointment. I’ve been calling multiple times daily for 5 days & don’t get an answer. A recording comes on & says “nobody’s answering, Good Bye” & they hang up on you. No chance to leave a message. Just hang up on you. Time to find another Neurologist.
After a brief wait I got to see the PA.. He seemed very knowledgable and review my case briefly. The PA concurred with the findings of the hospitalist but to be sure ordered and EEG and MRI. The MRI was today 3 months after the original MRI and I do not like them and considered cancelling. But I went thru with it and am now awaiting more opinions.
My wife and I have both seen Dr. Aluri and his staff on several occasions. We both had very positive personal and medical experiences at ABC neurology Dr. Aluri is a very kind and compassionate man.
Never again. I can’t believe he is still practicing. I walked out after an appointment with Dr Aluri, vowing I would never, ever go back. Does not care what you say, believes other people with biased opinions. Do NOT go here if you value good medical care!
The medical records/insurance authorization lady is extremely rude and argumentative. Someone else said it just right- they treat you like you are a nuisance. I was calling back at their request! I guess poor customer service is supposed to be acceptable when there are so few options in Yuma. Disgusting!
I would give no stars if possible. Dr. Is rude & uncaring. Does not communicate well. Staff treats you like your a nuisance both in the office & on the phone...if you can ever get your call through. Dreadful experience all around.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This Dr. took one look at me and diagnosed me without doing any tests to rule anything else out. The staff is rude and hangs up the phone the moment they answer a question. Incredibly hard to get a hold of records they made to give to other doctors. I only met with the doctor once and that was because information I had from "Googling my illness" after I was told to do so. I wanted PT from the beginning but they made me pay $400 for a visit just to get referred.
