Alumni has been working on painting our complex for a month. The work has been very slow and inefficient as we have been dealing with constant work in our townhouse area for at least 3 weeks straight. It’s expected that homeowners keep their cars out of garages and carports for the duration of the work which is ridiculous for over a month. Last week I had Alumni do a relatively small job painting outside railings, shelves, gas lines, a staircase enclosure, etc. The service and professionalism delivered was simply extraordinary. The painter assigned - "John" - was an outright star, a perfectionist, an artist, who on his own found a rusting iron gate on the side of our house and painted it - I had forgotten it existed - worked with a carpenter to replace and paint a rotting board - matched colours perfectly, left the job site immaculate and pristine, and his pai... read more
