We love our AlumiTub! Josh and Amanda were extremely helpful throughout the process of buying our tub. We opted for buying the hybrid version to enjoy being able to heat it with wood in the winter but maintain the warmth year round. We had an initial problem with the pump and heater, but Josh was quick to send us an upgraded version and it’s been running smoothly since. I was searching for an outdoor wood-fired hot tub for a while to have at our remote and rustic property in the upper Midwest. Our Alumi tub is amazing. Spacious, beautifully designed and easy to install. We've had many great soaks already. We've also been super impressed with the customer service as we got the tub and had some immediate questions. Great product, great company.
