UPDATE: Our carport was installed in June 2024. Had to get a new downspout drain tube (VP installed) for the carport and one for an existing downspout (VP didn't install) plus hole covers on the back porch awning (VP didn't install). I talked with Tammi and she submitted my request. Andy fulfilled the request with all the parts I had requested. Update on my review below. I finally received a quote soon after my post. They apologized for being behind on the back office review of the project. The quote was competitive with another awning vendor but I was so far down the path with the other vendor I decided to continue with them. ****** I've had a strange experience with Valley Patios. Can I say enough about this location of Valley Patios? No. This location and it's owner Andrew went above and beyond to fix my issues on my patio cover from another location. Tammy stayed in contact with me, listened, actually listened to my frustration and disappointment in the original build. She helped navigate everything. Actually let me know ahead of time when.the team was coming, something i do appreciate and that was lacking in the original builder.
