The Owner/Contractor has no clue what he is doing. We have a 1500 sq ft 2 story home. Not only did he order the siding two or three boxes at a time, he could place and order for the stone veneer. Every thing as for as materials, always ran out. His worker installing the siding, was doing excellent work and wanted to finish the work with in the time set forth in the contract (24 days max) but the contractor was not paying him so he quit. This customer contacted our supplier directly and ordered the materials on her own and we had no idea until the distributor told us that she was ordering material herself under our name. She was paying our worker under the table. The worker is still working for us. By the way, she still owes us $6000+ extras. CRAZY JOB and never have I had to deal with a person like her in 35 years.
We hired this company in 2012, owner *********** *****, to do the siding on our home. He did not pull permits and was caught by the city. The work was completed, not great, but acceptable (there are flaws around windows, they covered up the studs that held the hurricane shutters and didn't fix when we pointed it out, etc.). He did not pull the final permit and we just sold that home and had to go to City Hall and pay a late fee of $150.00 and have a final inspection done. I do not recommend this business.
