Totally Arrogant….. I have waited 14 days for a quote for my Sons wheel chair brace. Even as I write this, I have left 4 messages for Lachlan to call me back to try and get the brace manufactured. I am so disappointed that this company can’t even show common decency to community. I have never come across such an arrogant organisation. Don’t bother with these guys as they are far too interested in chasing the corporate dollars. What’s the point supporting local companies when you get treated like this.
Manager is not very good at her job. Would not use again.
