They came to my place and were unable to replace parts because they're not made any more. Instead, they serviced and cleaned the sliding door and now it opens and closes quite well. Not perfect but very usable. I wasn't there at the time but just want to say a big thanks to the team here. Much appreciated and highly recommended! 👏
