These guys simply don’t respond to customers. It’s quite unfortunate that I have to visit these lanes and write a review to hopefully draw the company’s attention, but all the facts are true. I bought an item almost two weeks ago, and they haven’t shipped it or followed up with me. I’ve called, and when I get placed in the queue, it’s always 8 or 9, which is extremely unlikely. I purchased a spare tire rack last year for our ford transit class b camper van. The process was smooth and delivery was on time. This year I needed two small parts for the rack to make a slight modification in order to accommodate a Yakima swing away rack and storage box. I call ed the office and a fellow named Patrick took my request details and said he would take to the shop,people and get them to quote. I’ve worked with several vendors on my van build, but the customer service from Greg at Aluminess has been unmatched. They installed a Recon rack and platforms on our high-roof Ford Transit, and when we ran into an issue during installation, they quickly brought in extra resources to complete the job on time. I would absolutely recommend them to a friend. I'm grateful they’re within driving distance and look forward to returning for more products. Thanks again!
