Do not purchase this product limited liability warranty is no good with this company. They are missing factors in the instructions of this product that do not address certain issues that causes product to harden prematurely, rendering it unable to use. Haven’t tested product yet as project is time sensitive and Alumilite shipped 2 days later than promised. The email response was pretty much “too bad”, and came NOT from Alumilite.com but from stonecoatcountertops.com. Poor customer service. **Update- had a few emails with Alumilite, they understood my predicament and apologized. I had to use the other resin I got for that project but look forward to trying the Alumilite. They also refunded me a portion of my order cost which helped cover my local purchase so thank you. I remember when the customer service was top notch I was treated like a valuable customer. Alumilite was great to local creators but not so much anymore. Now I place an order and instead of getting it quickly it takes better than a week to arrive. (I live 10 miles away) Used to be one of the best companies I ever worked with but not so much anymore. I guess like most companies it’s about the money solely…too bad.

Terrible experience with this company. Will not be purchasing with them again. Not only did they miss "the delivery time and then deliver much later but they failed to mention that a 10 gallon kit of the product I ordered would arrive into 5 gallon containers. so now I've just spent nearly $700 on a product that is not as advertised on the website and will not fulfill my needs in the least. Terrible company.
