I honestly have no idea who is giving this company any more than 1 star. They NEVER meet their scheduled dates, the pricing on the sales orders never matches the quotations, the order desk staff are beyond sub-par, and they have been blaming their "new system" for over a year now. I'm of the opinion that the only companies that use Alumicor, are those that do not have a license to purchase from Kawneer. Save yourself the loss of clients due to never being able to meet deadlines. Use Oldcastle, Metro, or US Aluminum.
