I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I had damage on a 6ft picket aluminum fence due to two deer. And the answer i got was we do not cover human or animal damage under our basically worthless warranty. Not only that, they told me i need two order a whole panel but i only need 6 pickets. A whole panel is like 14 pickets and is way more expensive due to weight of shipping. This company has become as horrible to it's customers as john deere is to it;s farmers.
