I have bought a 2072 Bay and the hull keeps cracking. I have had it re-welded by Alumacraft and it keeps happening. I would strongly recommend you do not buy this boat. The Yamaha motor is great, very dependable and lots of power. The boat itself is the problem very bad design it cracks just off from the center line of the boat (I think they just welded the crack and repainted the bottom). Great place and great people I went and helped set up the new PA system in their break room. The workers were very patient with me and the guy I worked with. Had a couple issues but they got resolved over all a neat place that makes boats. Just wish I could get one from them and watch it being made.
I have 1995, 17ft10in, MV Super Bandit Model -F , 90 hp and I love this boat.
