I have purchased a MC 210 motorcycle trailer and it is a true work of art and the best aluminum trailer you can buy. I want to particularly point out the exceptional customer service from Megan Penning of Inside sales/customer service. Have your machinists start making round trailer release handles instead of square ones that cut your hand. Quit being lazy and cheap. Where else is Aluma cutting corners on us?
I have had an Aluma trailer for years and love it. I purchased a brand new Aluma MC-210 today from a dealer 2 hours away. This was the closest dealer that had one of these specific models that I needed for an upcoming trip. I paid the dealer $5500 for the trailer and went to pick it up. Sadly, after looking at the trailer I was disappointed with the current build quality of Aluma. It seems to me they have began cutting every corner possible in their build process.
