I highly recommend joining this GP Surgery, very good in terms of giving same day appointments. Went in today for blood test good staff and the Healthcare assistant Zaleeka was very helpful and friendly, and answered any queries I had.

I had an asthma and blood check this morning so i got there 10 mins earlier than my scheduled appointment (NOT with the Doctor). I was seen exactly 1hr 14minutes later. That nurse dude was busy being useless. Is there a way this complaint could be conveyed on a government level, because im starting to think these reviews mean nothing to them. Surely they have to be regulated, but by whom? This is seriously not on. To make matters worse i had an upset tummy and couldn't keep going to the toilets as theirs only 1 unisex toilet... read more
New to this surgery but happy with the services provided so far. Zaleekah was very gentle and helpful during my blood test, I was quite nervous about it beforehand but she did it smoothly.
one of the best surgery in Birmingham as rest wait weeks to see they give appointments straight away since new stuff came much better very happy with over all service
