My air handler was installed leaning away from the condensation drain and now it leaks water on my floor. They told me I’m outside of their service area and couldn’t help me. They don’t stand behind their work. Avoid this company at all cost.
Very nice place. People are very friendly
Our furnace gave out mid-winter so we needed it replaced asap. Alum Creek came out right away, gave us a better price than other companies and had the furnace replaced in days. We highly recommend them.

Alum Creek came out to my home and worked until way past time of closing. They stayed till the job was done. They were kind and polite. They cleaned up and explained things as they went. They were absolutely amazing. I would recommend them over and over. Nathan and the fellow with him ( sorry can't remember name) knew their stuff and fixed my furnace. I would recommend them over and over again. All of them from the office staff to the technicians.
