This place was hired as a part of a home build. The heating and cooling around the house is an absolute disaster. Had them out for a warranty call and the guy just made excuses for all the issues we had. Then for an issue on the furnace they said the would be back to fix when in my area but told the builder it was something I did that caused the issue. Which I'm fine with fixing but I could have had it fixed right after they were here, not waiting for follow up.
Alum creek installed our furnace several (3) years ago. We have always had an issue with it overheating on really cold days and shutting down until I would reset it. I was able to figure out the issue and suggest a fix to Alum Creek. They sent out 2 very nice employees to check out our system even though we are out of service area and the service warranty has expired.
