Alum creek installed our furnace several (3) years ago. We have always had an issue with it overheating on really cold days and shutting down until I would reset it. I was able to figure out the issue and suggest a fix to Alum Creek. They sent out 2 very nice employees to check out our system even though we are out of service area and the service warranty has expired. Really quick scheduling for one. I think it we got an appointment within the week which is great considering it was a holiday week too! Really fair pricing and great work too! Will definitely use them again.
Very professional. Tech came a couple of weeks ago and diagnosed problem. Within 2 weeks I had whole new system installed. Installers were great. I wouldn't hesitate to call them in the future.
