Wouldn't recommend this place - Packages take too long to be processed in the system for pickup. - You can't pick up packages on weekends; this policy really makes no sense. - I have had duplicate charges on my rent multiple times. - They made me move out and paid $150 for paint damage, only for the paint not to be fixed afterward. - The move-in checklist I provided for repairs in the apartment has not been addressed yet. - There have been gun scares in the apartment. - There have been multiple instances of a fire alarm goin... read more
Renting this apartment is an unfortunate experience that can only be described as grossly overpriced for what it offers. First, the security situation is concerning. Despite the rent, the building feels insecure, with little monitoring of the premises, and anybody and everybody just walking in. The rooms themselves are another disappointment. Good God, if I could give this place negative stars, I would! Living here was such a horrible choice and I can not wait to get out of here. The hallways reek of weed, the trash room is disgusting and ridden with gnats. The smell of the trash room and the gnats carry all the way into my apartment, which, by the way was FILTHY when I moved in. Maintenance was great didn’t have an opponent I stopped Kenny in the hallway and he fixed my bathroom in 3 min . Just great overall service how you can find maintenance at anytime walking around the building.
Kenny came up to fix our sink and was super helpful and very sweet! He pet our dog and was kind to her and us. He even let me borrow his wrench and tape so I could put a new shower head in! Was a good first experience to have with maintenance and we appreciate the friendliness, urgency, and thoughtfulness that Kenny showed us.
