Rebecca Thrussell has been an absolute delight to work with, though I wasn't a landlord for long, She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I will be recommending her as a property manager to any friends or family that are thinking of renting out their house and I would certainly use her in the future if I decide to ever go down that path again! Could not give enough stars to Bec!! 10/10!
My wife and I rented through Altus for almost a decade and for a number of years it was tumultuous to say the least. There was a period when every quarterly inspection introduced us to a new property manager, only for them to be gone by the next inspection. During our time renting there was inadequate use of technology, issues with payment processing and honestly, just a whole lot of headaches. So why 5 stars? I have been a renter through altus property management, my agent Khorane has been amazing, she has made us feel amazing about renting again, they are thorough with their inspections, they talk to you as a actual person, they make sure your heard an things are in proper order at all times.
