Carina is an awesome property manager.
I am a landlord that recently engaged Altus property management after negative experiences with another property management agency in SA. Carina has done a great job taking over the portfolio and swiftly solving all ongoing issues with the previous property management agency. Carina provides regular and prompt updates, and has also ensured that the tenants are happier. As an interstate landlord, I finally feel that my property is in good hands with Carina and Altus.
We are previous tenants of Altus Property and we want to thank all the team but especially Khorane. Khorane was our property manager and she has been amazing we have always felt at ease with approaching any concerns we may of had over our time.
