They came to our door twice last summer (August 2025) claiming to save us money on our utilities. I signed up because I was thinking what was the harm? We didn't receive any credits until I received an email in January 2026 stating I saved $20 on my utilities and owed them $19. Ha! What kind of savings is that?! There was never anything reflected on my statements saying I even received a discount as they claimed would show. This is a scam and I would never recommend. Great price and reliable
Each time I've had issues they have been handled quickly and professionally. I, also, received quick and professional support when I had questions about how best to allocate my solar.
I believe in Solar power and other forms of energy to supply our power needs. I have spoken with three neighbors about Altus Power and two of them were open to your project. Our next-door neighbor was not. Some people you can't convince. If the reimbursements to us were greater, then the interest in the project would probably be greater as well.
