I had some issues with NYSEG, their billing system is confusing. I messaged Altus and their customer service is great. I fortunately got Nick, he is brilliant! He took the time to clearly explain the details on my invoices until everything made sense. He approached the problem super quickly, with a good sense of humor, and made sure I was completely satisfied before letting me go.
My Community Solar account at Neighborhood Sun was recently transferred back to Altus Power customer service. It was unexpected to receive a follow up call after an email was sent to me explaining that the history of transactions will be available in the future. Nice personal touch.
I want to say, the way Nick and his team have handled my account has been genuinely refreshing. When I reached out with a concern about my solar credits, they did not simply pass along an excuse, they actually went and got to the bottom of it and told me straight what happened. That matters more than they probably realize.
We've had Altus Power for 2 years, we're terminating because we're finally getting our rooftop solar, yeaaa! Altus was easy to subscribe to, work with and those credits really helped, 4.5 stars! Shoots, I wished we could've had more credits (5-stars, haha). Not against Altus, but future energy projects should be further away from main roads & highways.
