Keep getting emailed from this company that I have a past due balance. NEVER signed up for this and it’s NOT on my power bill.. so how can I have a past due amount?? Tried calling 3x and leaving a voicemail with ZERO response…. SCAM!!!
I purchased a home next to one of their solar fields in MA, they use cheap inverters, and the buzzing noise is so loud on a sunny day that we cannot be outside at the back of our home. We contacted them about the issue, testing was done, which was barely below the legal state limit, but they refused any sound mitigation. Don't waste your time or answer your door.
This is complete SCAM!!!! This company makes no sense and continues to charge my card although I canceled months ago. I even changed my card 2 times now. They have charged me over $300 although I don’t even pay for electricity. STAY AWAY.
Stay away from Altus energy or power. They say they are a solar company, but they just sell energy from a solar plant that they do not own. They say they will give you 10% off on your “ Annual” electric bill, but it’s 10% off their higher rate!! that they charge you, they call credits. This is just a scam. you will also get a different bill other than your NYSEG bill, which they email you. They say this will reduced the amount of money you’ll have to pay NYSEG.
