Supporting solar power is important to me, and unfortunately I cannot add solar panels to my slate roof. Altus makes it easy to support the effort, everything seems straightforward, and it's easy to get any questions resolved.
I signed up for this 2-3 years ago. After over a year of hearing nothing from them, I called the company and asked what was going on. They said there was no record of me signing up for Altus Power. I said fine. About 1.5 years later I started getting bills from them without any warning. I immediately called to have my account canceled with them because I got a very bad feeling about this company.
