Unfortunately there is not a "0" star option. I admit, I did not take to time to do more research about the dishonest practices of this company. My fault. I was told it would be 'no problem' to cancel at any time, which I did after one month. I called to cancel this service on March 13, and here I am, 5 months later still being billed. Each time I call about this I am told that it can 'take a few months for the final bill to process'. Run, don't walk, away from doing any business with Altus Power.

Keep getting emailed from this company that I have a past due balance. NEVER signed up for this and it’s NOT on my power bill.. so how can I have a past due amount?? Tried calling 3x and leaving a voicemail with ZERO response…. SCAM!!!

I purchased a home next to one of their solar fields in MA, they use cheap inverters, and the buzzing noise is so loud on a sunny day that we cannot be outside at the back of our home. We contacted them about the issue, testing was done, which was barely below the legal state limit, but they refused any sound mitigation. This is complete SCAM!!!! This company makes no sense and continues to charge my card although I canceled months ago. I even changed my card 2 times now. They have charged me over $300 although I don’t even pay for electricity. STAY AWAY.
