NYSEG was late with my bill and tried to blame it on the solar company for not relaying information. Reached out to Altus and they helped me immediately! (That claim also turned out not to be true.) I received my bill from NYSEG within 24 hours with their help. Beyond satisfied with the responsiveness! Cannot say enough good things about this experience. Very glad I am enrolled with their program.
Great customer service,reasonable rates
You should be getting a raise for all your excellent help. Real people in real offices is still preferred over call centers when it comes to actually accomplishing something without a runaround. Please remind your supervisor of your efforts to go the extra mile in your job and that how much that kind of customer service is still needed and appreciated today.
I had some issues with NYSEG, their billing system is confusing. I messaged Altus and their customer service is great. I fortunately got Nick, he is brilliant! He took the time to clearly explain the details on my invoices until everything made sense. He approached the problem super quickly, with a good sense of humor, and made sure I was completely satisfied before letting me go.
My Community Solar account at Neighborhood Sun was recently transferred back to Altus Power customer service. It was unexpected to receive a follow up call after an email was sent to me explaining that the history of transactions will be available in the future. Nice personal touch.
