We had an incredible experience from the food to the excellent service. From a menu that featured a wide range of options and great quality to a server that was informative and engaging, we definitely added Altus to our restaurant destinations.
We were just passing through town and did not expect to find such a jewel. We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. Carpaccio, salads and pastas were tremendous.
This is a gem in Altoona. If you are looking for good food that's unlike anything you have had, I recommend you try Altus. It's not just a brewery although what I had to drink was tasty. The food recipes give you something new to try and it's delicious. Their burger special on Friday night is a different combination each week. And their fries are addicting. The staff are all super friendly and they don't rush you through the meal. Price is reasonable for the amount of food. You will not leave hungry.
