Alturas Tree Service showed up on time and set up their efficient equipment close to the tree they were going to remove. It was an XL tree/long needle pine and very tall. They were concerned about the septic area, our ramp and the surrounding greenery. They figured out a harmless way to get to the tree and nothing was trampled on or touched. Recently had Altura out to remove a few trees and grind the stumps left behind. Having received a reasonable estimate a few weeks prior and deciding we wanted it done, but being slow to make the move to choose a date, I was glad when Rose contacted us prior to incoming stormyweather and suggested it might be a good time to get it done. Great service, very friendly folks to do business with. Did a great job pruning back our live oaks away from our house on Ocracoke. Very prompt, made sure they did it as we wanted, and cleaned up site thoroughly. Highly recommend.
