Had a friend who lived here, even though you pay rent you have little rights. You have to listen the managers who can take your personal belongings as punishment, or make you leave your own room for hours, almost the whole day. There's cameras in your living room and the house manager yells at him which I get these people need direction, but they need understanding and patience above everything, because they're there cause they need help. where do I begin… the rent is the same amount as the apartment itself, except ur sharing a room with other people. Instead of helping out the community, this home is a way to get money for the owner. Not only is the rent 1400 or 1000 depending on the bed u have, the house manager Xander, is a ego tripping manipulator, he has such a fragile ego and he walks around like a bull in a china shop looking to annoy you.
