Horrible construction, poor quality, incompetent and unprofessional builders, lack of accountability, no response from upper management—the list goes on. I’ve worked in real estate for nearly 10 years, and I’ve dealt with many builders—Altura is by far the WORST! Not worth the money, energy, time, or effort. Also, they recommended USA mortgage as their preferred lender and did not honor the incentive amount outlined in the contract. Nice community, no frills , no amenities. Homes are built up quick , leaves for some construction errors. Has HOA to care for office, sign area,extra spaces, and ? The salesman Mike is very friendly and helpful. Mostly quite neighborhood.
Besides the MANY build issues we had. The house is not holding up. Poor quality for the price. Walls are paper thin, wood they used creaks and cracks all over the place. Please steer clear if you want a well built home.
Beautiful homes nice set ups waiting on my house to be built it's been 9 weeks and nothing has been done yet due to materials its really putting me in a bind
