As a first time home buyer from another state, this process could not have been easier, smoother and stress free. I mean every word, I kept waiting for something to go wrong and it never did. Not a very good experience so far. Very nice people, but we are consistently week after week watching our house get left behind. MANY houses who signed and were started after us, some months after us, are further ahead then ours. We keep getting told our house is top of the list since we have been waiting 7 months and barely have framing, but it’s obvious we aren’t. Both houses next door to us got foundation and framing after us and have progressed past ours. Disappointing because we were originally told we would be moved in... read more
