Horrible construction, poor quality, incompetent and unprofessional builders, lack of accountability, no response from upper management—the list goes on. I’ve worked in real estate for nearly 10 years, and I’ve dealt with many builders—Altura is by far the WORST! Not worth the money, energy, time, or effort. Also, they recommended USA mortgage as their preferred lender and did not honor the incentive amount outlined in the contract. The houses are built very cheap and trying to sell at high price. These guys have taken advantage of buyers market
