Every time I come into this location I am always greeted with warm smiles and wonderful customer service. I believe my regular teller is Kristen. She always goes above and beyond helping me. Even going as far as placing travel notifications on my cards so I won’t be delayed during travels. It’s the small things that can make our day. I definitely am glad that I choose to bank with Altura, and make the location on Lincoln my preferred location
