I would definitely recommend Altum Massage. I started seeing Kelly for prenatal massages monthly for low back and hip pain. In the first appointment I was also provided some guidance on stretches/exercises that I could do to help in between sessions. I always felt much lighter and more relaxed after the massages. I have also always felt safe and comfortable. I have continued to see Kelly postpartum and continue to find relief from aches and pains now focused more on my upper back with holding a new baby.

I started seeing Kelly for regular massage sessions about two months ago and am always amazed at how much better my body feels after some attentive work. My job is very physical so regular bodywork is a must. He is friendly, professional and a highly skilled practitioner. His space is so relaxing, you’ll melt on the table. No massage is ever the same, but the results are: leave feeling amazing! I highly recommend and will be a frequent client!
