Overall, very good. However, my last visit a couple months ago, I met with a female who was assessing me. I have a concussion. A specialist, referred to me by my doctor, was condescending. She said, "this mysterious doctor you saw". I couldn't remember her name. Memory for certain things isn't the perfect, but, I'm getting better, and , I recognize a condescending attitude again. Extremely unimpressed with this person. Maybe, she was having a bad day?
I am very pleased with the service and care that I received at Altum health. I spent months at another provider with little to no improvement in my injury. I got in to see Dr. Venitelli and he gave me a cortisone shot at my first appointment which greatly aided in my recovery. The other staff that I work with, James and Chris, have been very helpful and supportive. They both listen to my concerns and have been great advocates for me during this WSIB process. Thank you Altum Health for the great care you provide 🙂

Very caring, understanding, and patient. My injury is progressing very well. They're all very positive, cheerful, and knowledgeable. My discharge from the program will be bittersweet
