Shonky build and no willingness to fix issues. Roof leaks, windows leak and nothing fixed properly. Thanks for the $200k repair bill, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Avoid at all costs, these guys are an absolute joke.
I emailed Altum to their “accounts “ email address multiple days ago as this email address is the only one provided on their website. My enquiry was regarding the status of the Eumundi supermarket they are proposing to build . So far I have not had a reply to my email or provided phone number I gave them . Perhaps they only want your help when it suits them to email our local councillors and signatures for the town meetings?? A reciprocal communication would be greatly appreciated as a longtime Eumundi resident please…….

I purchased a lovely apartment off the plan from Altum in Noosa Heads I was nervous as you hear some horror stories with off plan projects , our Agent Marcus Dolby was the most honest and communicative agent we ever dealt with and Altum delivered a great project , couldn’t be happier Ms May
I was involved with selling the Parkridge Noosa project from day one off the plan, to see the project come to life and to see all of my clients who purchased through me move into their properties was very rewarding. The project is a standout Noosa project, it succedded where most have failed. I would definetly work with Altum on any future projects
