We were very satisfied with services received from Allstadt. The employee dispatched to our house was courteous, polite and professional. He was able to answer any and all questions we had about our plumbing issues. The master bath toilet has not ever flushed/flowed this efficiently. I will refer this business to anyone looking for a plumbing service and will continue to call upon them for future issues.
They seem like incredibly nice people and this is more of a suggestions than a complaint or review. :To remember that there is a person in an 18 wheeler out in the street waiting and it would have been nice if someone came out to let me know. However, I do appreciate them working with me everytime I asked about what was going on. Still, very considerate and some drivers may not even care. Phoned early on a Friday morning requesting a plumbing job. Was told they would try to work me in. Tech arrived mid-afternoon and finished job in a very short period of time. Very professional, very courteous.
10/10 would recommend for any furniture, janitorial or office supply needs!
