Everything I buy from here breaks. 2 mods and at least 3 Atty heads couldn't be fixed or replaced within a week of buying it. Terrible service and the staff isn't knowledgeable towards their products. I dont recommend this store. 'Great Vapes' is the place to go

I used to like Altsmoke. But then I bought a $40 tank and it was defective and they won't let me exchange or return it. I don't care if it is a "consumable". I spent my hard earned money on shit that you guys are selling that is defective. That's why you deal with the company it's through after its returned. I'm sick of spending money here and getting shit product. So I'm done. Stop selling broken products and not allowing them to be returned!!

I like the store and the employees but yall sale steady moddin products but if anything happens to go wrong with it you have to use Facebook to contact Jeff Ashcraft and he didn't tell me if he would fix my box or anything so I'm feeling like atlsmoke played me because there's nothing yall can do is tell me to use Facebook to get it fixed and the owner won't tell me if he's going to replace it not happy with this situation at all!!!!!
