It was a pleasure working with Joyce and her assistant Jacob on the sale of my house (a new and daunting experience). Joyce is very professional, highly knowledgeable, and thorough. She answered all my questions, explained things clearly (including contract lingo), and helped me think through various negotiating options that arose.
