I asked for 2 bomber jackets to have patches sewn on them. I was a little gagged at the price initially. But then the seamstress I met with in my consultation said she'd have to take the bottom elastic off the jacket, sew on the patches to the outer later, and then resew the bottom back on, given that the jacket was lined. Classic bait and switch. Every email I got from them said items would be ready in two weeks. The website, the weird confirmation emails that said “you have an appointment tomorrow” but not what time. Everything. But when I arrived, I was told it would take nearly three weeks…unless, of course, I forked over a $35-50 rush fee. Maybe they do great work. I wouldn’t know.
