I had an emergency fix that I needed for my dress and they were absolutely AMAZING!! I called ahead and spoke to JV who was super nice on the phone said they could get me in for a same day fix - as soon as I got there Bibi helped me fix my dress on the spot!! I’ve never experienced such nice, quick, and amazing service!! 1000/10 recommend!
Despite calling multiple times ahead to confirm my dress would be ready at the time agreed at the initial appointment (which was done two weeks prior), I arrived on time to find out they were “still working on my dress.” I waited 20 minutes for them to rush sewing my dress, despite them having my dress for two weeks. When I tried on the dress, there were still pins, many loose threads, rushed hemming. I was pretty unhappy with the outcome and would not come back.
Incredibly seamless experience with Bibi and Ryan! Needed a quick turnaround time and they got me in and out quickly, highly recommend!
They were so accommodating for my alterations and did an incredible quick turnaround before I had to travel. Highly recommended!
Bibi is a master tailor! I came in with a small hole in a viscose-from-bamboo and spandex garment that several people told me wasn’t worth it, and she fixed it in just five minutes. The quality of her work was incredible. We couldn’t even find where she mended it. The entire team was responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. I’ll definitely be bringing all of my future tailoring needs here. Highly recommend!
