I dropped off pants to be patched and have the waist taken in two weeks ago. They took the waist in but never patched the pants even though i paid for it and the tailor told she would do it. The receptionist told me it wasn’t due to “staffing changes.” Now i don’t have the pants that i needed they have holes on the front. They never called me and it took them two full weeks to do half of the job they were supposed to. Been here a bunch of times for basics and always had a really good experience. If it doesn’t look good they always redo it for you. Pretty reasonable turnaround and never had to wait.
Our experience at Alts Grand Central was extremely disappointing, especially considering the prices they charge for alterations. We waited at least 15 minutes before anyone properly helped us because the front-desk employee was busy talking to other people. Once she finally took our information, she was neither warm nor particularly helpful. Lydia helped me in a pinch to get my pants altered quickly for a wedding. They fit great and she did a wonderful job! Also she was lovely
Walked in and was able to immediately led to the changing room and got fitted. In and out in 15, great service and super efficient. Donna did my fitting and was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend
