I hate leaving poor reviews, because I know how important they can be to a business. However - We used this facility on 2/10/25, and have yet to hear a single word from anyone about our $500 deposit. The manager of my business has called twice and left a message. No call back. I have personally messaged twice on the website. We've not heard a word! We loved this place for our Christmas party! Hannah was amazing to work with and she had the place decorated so beautifully.
