Great experience with Dhurata. Hemmed my pants perfectly and altered a blouse on the spot for me!
Had a pretty mediocre first experience, but when I came back to get it resolved I met who might be the most exceptional tailor ever - run, don't walk to Lee Ann when you need anything. I came in to have the waist of some pants taken in correctly, and she looked at the waist, but then marked several spots on the rest of the pant to make it hang better - felt like I was getting fitted for couture. UPDATE: Picked them up and Lee Ann really did the perfect tailoring on them!!!!
ALTS union square is the absolute best - the level of customer service is really remarkable. Not only is everyone who works here beyond helpful and positive, but they truly know how to make you feel the best in your clothing. Dhurada and Cher - thank you for everything you do and how fast you can turn around beautiful tailoring. The best of the best!
Dhurata is excellent and always does a fantastic job on all of my alterations! I highly recommend her.
Ben was great! I needed a patch removed, and he did it in less than 30 seconds and didn’t even charge me. Then he said he could him my pants in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and incredibly efficient. I appreciate it. I actually came here for my first time in 2019, and I’ve been coming back ever since.
