After struggling to find a tailor with workable hours on Long Island, I turned to Google and discovered Alt. I needed a last-minute dress alteration for an upcoming event. Booking through their online scheduler was effortless, and when I arrived, I was seen immediately with no wait. Pablo did an excellent job altering the hem of my dress. The stitching looks flawless and professional, and the dress kept its original style beautifully. The service was friendly, skilled, and completed very quickly. I’m very happy with the results and would highly recommend him for any alterations. The location is also beautiful, clean, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
Outstanding tailor. They have worked wonders, including fully altering a suit to one size smaller and mending holes in very delicate fabric such that the items looked like new. I cannot thank Ben and Tyrone enough for their exceptional work! May 2026 update: They continue to be consistently excellent. On multiple recent visits, they fixed issues on the spot without delay, and the quality of the work has been outstanding. Professional, efficient, and reliable every time.
