Tarsha did amazing work! She hemmed a very delicate garment and shortened the sleeves, the work was perfect. She also adjusted straps on a separate piece. I had prepared for the work to take a week, and it was finished within 3 days! Already came back with additional garments for tailoring.
Alts/Cristina-Ioana Ray completely saved my life with a last minute alteration before traveling. I was a walk in and they saw me immediately and fixed my dress in under 15 minutes!!
My experience at Alts was great! Cristina and Hamid were extremely helpful and friendly and helped me repair a seam rip in my cashmere sweater. I look forward to my next visit.
