I have been coming to this gym for 2 years now. While my family and I greatly miss Eric, it is a pleasure to see the new owner retained Sharif and his boxing program. In Las Vegas boxing trainers are a dime a dozen. However it's not everywhere that you can be mentored by a former WBO title holder. Sharif is an encyclopedia of boxing. The place is amazing!! The staff, the parents or family member who accompany the students are very welcoming to everyone. It’s like one big family!! The instructor are amazing and very involved with there students!! I recommend this place.
Great place to train. Everyone is positive and helpful. The coaches take time with everyone to help them learn and improve. The skill level doesn't matter, everyone is getting better.
Coach Dustin was my first bjj coach and without him I doubt I would have stuck with jiu jitsu. I saw him get his black belt a few years ago and have seen him grow over the years and feel very lucky to learn from him. He is a supportive coach who is evolving constantly and an amazing person to be around as well. He breaks techniques down into steps that are easy to learn and shows you how to apply them in real time not just drills. He cares about his students and it shows.
