I had some questions regarding billing from the clinic, so they transferred me to an employee who was working from home. She had me on speakerphone until i reminded her that she is violating HIPAA. She then stated "I am home alone". I have no idea if she was telling the truth. I have no idea why people who are working remotely even have access to my personal health information. My son's appt was at 9:10 this morning. I got 1 of 5 test results on my chart by 2. Sat on hold after all 5 were negative and never a call back! Happy dawn weekend!
Had appointment at 9 & was promptly taken care of. Very happy.
