I used to be an customer at their Wolfdale road location in Mississauga. Now I bough a lot and phoned Them a while back and they asked me about the customer number? I given him the invoice number from previous purchasers. Hi said he can find it. I got the idea he doesn't need me as a customer and I did think it is worth to continue to talk and take my business to someone else.
Shame on Altron Automotive Group for associating themselves with GermanParts.ca (the online retailer) with absolutely ZERO customer service and unethical business practices. These jokers at GermanParts.ca will say anything to sell you parts and then leave you hanging when you attempt to return back the part under warranty. BUYER BEWARE - Save your money and shop elsewhere.
