My daughter had an eye test here today . Out of area for us but was worth it for the standard of cleanliness and friendliness of all the staff who dealt with her . She was amazing and they praised her which made her feel comfortable, no big waits and not overly crowded . I don’t have one negative to say about todays experience
Please, Please can you let patients know if having a biopsy, the injection is very painful, I was not happy today, and Please allow the numbness to take effect before continuing treatment .
