Got to reception Julie was willing to stay behind till I got there.i had my granddaughter and she got a bit anxious and gentlemen called jake took her round the site to relax her she loved it.work done very quick and im really happy with the way we were treat.grandaughter was very happy and was given sweets.it was made so easy Julie said just drop the courtesy car she will send sort it out
Great quality repair and service. Even fixed a scuff from a separate incident. And received fast action when I had an issue with the courtesy car.
Very pleasant receptionist. Very kind and considerate. Kept me up to date about the progress of my car. I am very pleased with the work. I like the management as well as they were very forthcoming and humble. I hate arrogant abrupt and robotically professional people.
I am completely satisfied with the service I received from this organisation. The 2 members of staff that I had involvement with were both a credit to the business. Many thanks Martyna and Julie.
