Lazar is quick at responding to the job request and showed up really fast. He is professional and courteous. The plumbing issue was resolved with minimum disruption and hassle. We would definitely recommend him and use his service again if the need ever arises.

Thank you Lazar for his kindness and the wonderful job done. When I was trying to find a plumber to come fix a leak in my bathroom I couldn’t get any replies from other places but Lazar answered my phone call immediately. I had apparently called the Altrex Plumbing Richmond location but I live in downtown and he was still able to come the same day and find out where the problem was. First of all I want to give a big Thank You to "Lazar" and "Marco" for doing a spectacular job and for being so friendly/polite. From calling for inquiries, booking a time frame, status updates, explaining the step by step process of the entire installation, efficient and diligent workmanship, and even the cleaning up was all so professional that I was left in awe and amazed of it all. I will be looking to Altrex for all future installations and plumbing/heating services. Thank you!
