Purchased a vehicle in June. The temporary tag expires after tomorrow (8/9). I still do not have a license plate. After continuously calling, I’m told to go another temp tag from the DMV. I asked for information about when it was submitted, of course “the don’t know because it was submitted online”; as if there aren’t transactions details. So I’m assuming that they didn’t submit it when it should have been completed in order to receive it back in time. Recently bought a a VW GTI and have had nothing but problems with it since the drive home. Something new seems to go wrong every week.There were a few warning signs and I should’ve listened to my gut but I really needed a car and had already drove 3.5 hours to come look at the car.

I recently bought a Honda Pilot and it has multiple major oil leaks that would cost more than I paid for the car to fix. Maybe you can get a good car from here but it’s a gamble, it could very well be an auction car that’s cleaned up just long enough to sell like mine was. I would be careful, I asked about a pre-purchase inspection and they didn’t want me to take the car anywhere, because the car I was buying has a reputation for reliability I decided to go with it and got majorly burned.
