My husband and I purchased a new home and they were already the pool services company coming so we decided to keep them. BIG mistake!!! The pounds of dirt at the bottom should have been our first red flag but we decided to give them a chance. We held out until the one day a week "our" guy would come to clean the pool. We went with this company because they have been in business for a long time and their website seemed legitimate. MY WIFE AND I'S MISTAKE! Worst customer service. Poor time management and we had to hire another contractor to finish our pool. Like the comment said above, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!

We hired Gary Booth owner of Altra Pools to build our pool. He seemed very interested in us and spent a lot of time with us initially. He started the week of Thanksgiving and here we are mid August and our pool is technically not done. Although it is swimable, there are many small things that still need to be resolved. Once Gary had 90% of our money (we paid cash), we didn't see him again. Our original finish date was February 2. That deadline was blown as was 4 others after that.
