Had a horrible experience there yesterday and I have been going there for years. The nail tech wiped off my hands with a dirty cloth that had other people's cut nails and nail dust on it. She asked how I was going to pay and got mad that I didn't have cash. She said i should have stopped at the bank. She told me that the owner does not allow a tip on the card. Avoid this place! I made an appt. I get there I'm rushed into a chair before I could even pick my color. The guy cut down my nail all crooked (was getting refill)didn't even ASK me before cutting how much I wanted off! Before he cut them super short and uneven. Then I was passed to a brand new girl that didn't really know what she was doing.(she did a good enough job for being new having no chair of her own and was nicer then male) She decided what color I got because she did NOT like the color I picked myself! I came here years ago and was turned off because they are always late to open which I find disrespectful. Recently returned and they’re still late. Going to try somewhere else that values their customer's time.
