We purchased the Applause Honeycomb shade for our living room. Lisa came to our home and was very courteous and professional. We told her of our idea for the blind and she had just what we wanted. When John came to install the blind he was just as professional. There was a bit of a squeak on one end of the blind which he worked on for a bit. John didn't leave until the noise was gone.
